Things I acquired in 2013:
…a new hair cut, a hand-knit infinity scarf, bathroom tiling skills, a visit to the emergency room, an obsession with learning more about food, a furry new family member, an 8 year wedding anniversary with Levi McG, recognition for my photography, a 2001 Volvo wagon, a new job in marketing, a first grader, confirmation that I am calm and collected in crisis situations, a visit from my grandmother from across the country, a Bloomington zip code, nights & weekends to spend with my family, a brand new “nephew”, a Breaking Bad addiction, a road-trip to TN for a sisters holiday, some new friends, a fitbit, and about 25 new books…
I would say 2013 was a huge success. I’m so looking forward to 2014 and continuing my journey to simplify, and live a healthy-happy life!
